We include your links to iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby, MySpace, Facebook, Bandcamp, your official home page and any Japanese Shops that sell your music. (Our staff does an internet search to find links to Japanese shops that sell your music.)

There is NO login account provided because you cannot modify the Japanese web site, mobile site or TopMusic.jp Artist Page directly by yourself. But you can modify your content in the music player, video player, and show schedule widgets freely using your Reverb Nation account. For other modifications (contact email, links, etc.) you can submit your changes to us using an online form and our staff will make the updates. Many industry people use the TopMusic.jp Music Guide, so in order to maintain a professional and consistent standard, all web and mobile sites are manually processed and links/content checked by our Japanese staff.

Your Japanese web site, mobile site and TopMusic.jp Artist Page follow a fixed layout/design and are hosted on the TopMusic.jp server indefinitely or until deleted by TopMusic.jp administrators or by a request from you.

We may deactivate/delete your Japanese web site, mobile site and TopMusic.jp Artist Page from the server if you request us to do so by email. If this is the case, no refund is provided.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete your Japanese web site, mobile site and TopMusic.jp Artist Page from the server at anytime at the discretion of TopMusic.jp administrators without notification or statement of reason made to you. If this is the case, a partial or full refund may be made.

Due to web and mobile site, server and system maintenance, as well as other unforeseen technical and internet connectivity issues, your Japanese web site, mobile site and TopMusic.jp Artist Page may not be available for a certain period of time. If this occurs, we will try to minimize this downtime. Naturally, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Since the Japanese web+mobile site and TopMusic.jp Artist Page may contain widgets from other companies, please check the policies and terms/conditions of the respective widget providers (i.e. ReverbNation, Twitter, Flickr, etc.)

TopMusic.jp and its owners, administrators and partners are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the use of any services or products supplied by Top Music Japan and JICS MEDIA.

Only a person authorized by the band/artist may submit the order form. By submitting the order form you declare that you are authorized by the band/artist, and understand and agree to the terms and conditions described here.

Invalid Impressions (Page Views)

You may not use any means to inflate web and mobile site impressions (page views) artificially, including manual methods.

Web and mobile site impressions (page views) should result from genuine Japanese visitors. Any method that artificially generates impressions (page views) on your Japanese web site, mobile site and TopMusic.jp Artist Page is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include, but are not limited to, repeated manual clicks or impressions, automated click and impression generating tools and the use of robots or deceptive software.

If you fail to comply with these policies, we reserve the right to deactivate your Japanese web site, mobile site and TopMusic.jp Artist Page at any time. If deactivated, you will not be eligible for further participation in our services and a refund will not be issued if payment was made.

How much does it cost?

There is a setup fee of US$189. There may be additional charges if you order options or make modifications later. There are no monthly, annual or transaction fees.

Simply fill out and submit the online order form here. We will contact you when we have received your order form and payment.

After we receive your application, payment and materials, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to complete your Japanese web and mobile sites. We will contact you by email when completed or if anything else is needed.

We reserve the right to accept and refuse orders at our discretion. If your order is not accepted, your payment will be refunded in full.

• Artist/Band Images (jpg or gif; min. 320x320 pixels for web+mobile site; min. 1200x1200 pixels for PDF press sheet)
• ReverbNation Artist Account with at least 1 image and 1 MP3 uploaded (best if you also have at least 1 YouTube video and 1 show schedule). Get a free ReverbNation Artist Account at www.ReverbNation.com.
• Photo Slide Show Widget. You can create free Photo Slide Show Widgets at Flickr. (We will resize it to fit a width of 480 pixels.)
• YouTube video. If you don't have a YouTube music video, you can easily make one using your MP3 and some photos / images at www.animoto.com. Then upload it to YouTube.com.
• Twitter Account. You can get a free Twitter Account at Twitter.com. Try to make at least 1 tweet.
• Blog Account. You can create a blog using your ReverbNation Artist Account, Blogspot.com, Wordpress, etc.
• Try to make a list of the links (URLs) to the shops that sell your music (iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby, Bandcamp, etc.)
• Prepare a sample MP3 for free download (i.e. make one or more of your ReverbNation account songs downloadable). A short clip or full song is fine.
• Prepare a well-written bio that is brief (at least 150 English words or more), informative and concise. It's best to rewrite or edit your original English bio especially for Japanese music fans (or industry people) and so that it does not use slang or idioms that have no real meaning in Japanese and get lost in translation.
