if your music is registered with CDBaby,
the physical product is available in Japan too via Super
D or Amazon.
CDBaby will
also distribute your digital music to iTunes Japan if you choose that service. If
your music is already available for sale on iTunes you are likely on the Japanese
version too.
But check with your current distributor if you are not sure!
